Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition that you received them
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Items that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
